歴史あるBrazilのDaterra農園から、特別なオークションロット「Fazouli」が登場しました。このロットは、Daterraが長年培ってきたサステナブルな農業技術と、卓越したコーヒー作りの象徴です。

今回のロットに使用されているのは、希少品種Laurinaです。この品種はReunion Islands原産で、Bourbon LCやBourbon Pointuとも呼ばれ、豆が先端に向かって尖っている特徴的な形状が特徴です。Laurinaは、通常のアラビカ種のコーヒー豆に比べ、カフェイン含有量が約半分で、繊細で洗練された風味を持つことで知られています。

OrangeやWhite Grapeを思わせる複雑な甘みと、Laurinaらしい滑らかな口当たりが特徴の一杯です。

From the historic Daterra Farm in Brazil, we are proud to introduce the special auction lot "Fazouli." This lot symbolizes the culmination of Daterra's long-standing commitment to sustainable agriculture and exceptional coffee production.

This batch features the rare Laurina variety, originally from Reunion Islands and also known as Bourbon LC or Bourbon Pointu. Characterized by its distinct tapered bean shape, Laurina is known for having about half the caffeine content of typical Arabica beans, resulting in a delicate and sophisticated flavor profile.

The result is a cup with complex sweetness reminiscent of Orange and White Cola, and the smooth texture characteristic of Laurina. With its rarity and limited quantity, we invite you to seize this opportunity to experience this exceptional coffee.
