From Finca Lusitania in Colombia, we are pleased to introduce a carefully crafted Colombia variety processed by the Natural method.

Located in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, in western Colombia at an altitude of around 1,600 meters, Lusitania is a historic farm that has been cultivating coffee for over 100 years across four generations.

Today, the farm is led by Javier, who oversees production, and his son Alejandro, who is responsible for processing and roasting. Alejandro, who often says, “Most coffee producers in Colombia only think about tomorrow. It's crucial to have a long-term vision,” is actively sharing his knowledge of processing techniques and quality improvements with local farmers, contributing to the overall development of the region's coffee.

This Colombia Natural lot undergoes 82 hours of anaerobic fermentation, followed by careful sun-drying under moderate shade during the daytime.

It offers a sweet and smooth mouthfeel reminiscent of almonds, a pleasant chocolate-like texture, and a refined, calm aftertaste reminiscent of black tea — all beautifully harmonized in the cup.
