What happens after you place an online order?

For regular delivery of coffee beans and other items, we use Japan Post's Click Post.

Once the product arrives, it will be delivered to your mailbox. We use Click Post to keep delivery costs down, so we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so please check it.

The estimated delivery time for your item is between 3 and 10 days (normally it will take between 3 and 5 days).

Issuance of receipt | ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT

No invoice is included with your purchased item.
If you would like a receipt, please contact us at the following email address (hello@glitchcoffee.com).
When doing so, please also include the four-digit order number beginning with #, the recipient's name, and any notes.

Regarding product shortages and returns | MISSING OR RETURNED PRODUCTS

If you receive a different product, if it is damaged or missing,

If you are unable to receive your package and it is returned to us because you have not followed the procedure for redelivery indicated on the delivery slip, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to resend the package.
If you are not at home to receive the parcel, please contact the delivery company using the contact details listed on the delivery slip and arrange for redelivery.
