About the process after ordering online

For regular delivery of coffee beans, etc., we use Japan Post's Click Post.

After the product arrives, it will be posted by post. Since we use Click Post to reduce shipping costs, we are unable to specify the arrival date. Please note.

After shipping is complete, we will send you the tracking number via email, so please check it.

Please note that the estimated delivery time for the product is 3 to 10 days (normally, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days).

ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT

Purchased products do not come with an invoice or receipt.
If you wish to receive a receipt, please contact us at this email address (hello@glitchcoffee.com).
