Pereiraは、スペシャリティーコーヒーの生産に重点を置くコーヒー農園や協同組合が多くある、Risaralda県の中心都市です。コロンビアの西中央地域に位置し、森林に囲まれた肥沃な土地は、コーヒーの生産において理想的なエリアとして知られています。

今回のロットは、Washedと酵母発酵プロセスを経て、その名前の通りパンチのある革新的な味わいを生み出しています。

丁寧に選別されたコーヒーチェリーは、パルピング後、プラスチックのタンクへと移されます。

その後、意図されたフレーバープロファイルを実現するために厳選された酵母株がタンクに加えられ、酵母を使用した発酵が行われます。

CherryやPeachを思わせるようなジューシーなフルーツ感と、しっかりとしたSweetness、そしてMandarineを連想させる爽やかな香りを楽しむことができます。

We have received a vibrant coffee from Risaralda, one of Colombia's foremost coffee-producing regions.

Pereira, the capital city of Risaralda department, is a hub for coffee farms and cooperatives focused on specialty coffee production. Located in the west-central region of Colombia, this area is surrounded by forests on fertile land, making it an ideal location for coffee cultivation.

This lot has undergone a washed and yeast fermentation process, creating a punchy, innovative flavor as its name suggests.

Carefully selected coffee cherries are pulped and then transferred to plastic tanks.

Selected strains of yeast are then added to the tanks to achieve the intended flavor profile through yeast fermentation.

You can enjoy a juicy fruit sensation reminiscent of Cherries and Peaches, a solid sweetness, and a refreshing aroma suggestive of Mandarine
