A new coffee bean has been released from the Zarza farm, located in the Huila province of Colombia.
This farm, run by producer Jonathan Gasca, is one of Colombia's leading farms in the Huila department, cultivating rare varieties of coffee beans such as Pink Bourbon and Pacamara.
The variety being introduced this time is called Pacamara, a cross between the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties, and is characterized by its balanced, clear flavor.
