Simbi Washing Station has been fully operational since 2013 and consistently produces high-quality coffee by setting detailed quality standards for each stage of the processing. It has maximized the taste of the terroir and achieved remarkable success in the Cup of Excellence (COE).
This batch has undergone anaerobic fermentation, which controls the fermentation process to develop a rich taste reminiscent of blueberries, with additional flavors of raisins and blood orange.
