This lot features the SL-28 variety, known for its origins in Kenya, characterized by its clean citrus acidity and rich fruitiness. The fully ripe cherries are meticulously hand-selected and processed through traditional washing methods. This washed process highlights a clean cup with refreshing fruitiness reminiscent of lemonade and the rich aroma of Sherry. Alma's meticulous management and passion are evident in every aspect of this process.
