2014年の国際品評会・Cup of Excellence（カップ・オブ・エクセレンス）にて最高落札価格を記録したEl Paraiso農園。
今回紹介するロットは“Red Plum”です。
Red Plumを連想させる味わいとともに、MikanやDried Mangoのような甘みを感じられるフレーバーとAcerolaのような爽やかな一面もお楽しみいただける素晴らしいコーヒーです。
El Paraiso Estate, which uses an innovative and thoroughly controlled refining process to produce an unprecedented and surprising taste, has just received its new coffee for the new year.
El Paraiso Estate was the highest bidder at the 2014 Cup of Excellence international coffee competition.
The lot introduced here is the "Red Plum" lot.
This is a wonderful coffee with a taste reminiscent of Red Plum, and with sweet flavors such as Mikan and Dried Mango, and a refreshing aspect such as Acerola.
