近年の品評会にて上位入賞ロットを数多く生産し、Hondurasのコーヒー生産の底上げ、特にGeisha種の栽培に情熱を注ぐ農園主の”Dolmin・Josue”。
コーヒー生産を通して農園を支える労働者の雇用を守る事、品質管理を徹底し継続的なコーヒー生産を続ける為の環境整備など、様々な観点から高品質なコーヒーを作り続ける事にコミットしています。
