- Customs, Duties & Taxes - 

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. GLITCH COFFEE does not collect or estimate customs duties, import taxes, or any related fees.

If a customer refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and the shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed by customs or the carrier, the order will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all customs-related charges and any consequences resulting from the refusal to pay such charges.
