The coffee grown in this wonderful environment fully expresses the terroir specific to Hacienda Copey and has unique flavor characteristics.
This farm has won the Cup of Excellence twice in the past and mainly grows Geisha grapes. The process for the lot being released this time is the traditional Costa Rican "Honey Process."
