A new coffee from Panama's Abu Farm, which has a history of winning awards at the Best of Panama, has arrived. This particular lot, "Abu GW2610," has been finished through a meticulously selected process.

This lot is hand-picked at the peak of ripeness and carefully sorted before undergoing 48 hours of "Dry fermentation" in a sealed tank. Afterward, it is washed thoroughly by hand using mountain spring water and slowly dried over 15 days on raised beds. These meticulous washing and drying processes significantly enhance the quality of this coffee.

"Dry fermentation" is similar to the traditional washed process but does not use water during fermentation, making it more environmentally friendly. This method produces a refined and clean flavor profile with a long-lasting aftertaste.

This lot features a luxurious cup with aromas of orange, jasmine, and honey, noted for its clarity and impressively lingering finish.
