New coffee beans have arrived from Panama Altieri Specialty Coffee, founded by Eugene Altieri, an Italian-American businessman living in Panama.
He started growing coffee in the area called Callejón Seco, at an altitude of 1,600 to 2,200m, on the eastern slopes of Baru volcano, blessed with fertile volcanic ash soil and a misty microclimate.・We cultivate Geisha.
Geisha seeds have been cultivated since 2011, and have since won awards in both the Geisha Washed and Natural categories at the 2020 Best of Panama, producing high quality and wonderful coffee.
The beans to be released this time are carefully refined with a longer drying process than the usual Anaerobic process called Anaerobic Slow Dry.
Please enjoy the purple fruit feeling like grape and cassis derived from the refining method and the beautiful acidity that feels the pink grapefruit derived from the variety.
