We have received a new batch of Geisha from Janson Coffee Farm, a farm that has won multiple awards at the Best of Panama, an international coffee competition.
Founded by Carl Janson, who originally came from Sweden and purchased the farm in 1941, Janson Coffee Farm has been producing the highest quality coffee beans for many years. Nestled in the Talamanca mountain range, the farm operates without the use of pesticides or herbicides, focusing on the conservation of the natural environment and wildlife for future generations. The farm is also home to cattle and horses, which is why it's colloquially known as Janson Coffee "Farm."
This lot underwent 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation followed by careful drying on patios and African beds over 26 days.
Please enjoy the juicy fruit-like taste reminiscent of cranberry and lemonade, the delicate aroma similar to jasmine, and the rich flavors that complexly change with temperature.
