The Lasso Family, owners of the farm, experiment daily with various microbial processes to achieve a unique and traceable cup profile recognized internationally.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe variety received this time from the El Diviso Farm in Huila Province, Colombia, is called \"Ombligon,\" a local term used for Ethiopian heirloom varieties. \u003cbr\u003e\"Ombligon,\" which means \"Navel\" in Spanish, earned its name as locals likened this variety to cherries with a pronounced belly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe coffee beans with high sugar content are sanitized with 5% alcohol to remove impurities and unwanted bacteria. Subsequently, the beans are placed in bags for 48 hours of oxidation, followed by an additional 60 hours of oxidation, and then subjected to 24 hours of anaerobic fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExperience the bright, fruity flavors reminiscent of Blueberry and cassis, along with the complex and Smooth taste inherent to the variety.
