HOW TO BREW | コーヒーの淹れ方について

GLITCH COFFEEで使用しているコーヒーの抽出レシピです。

Dripper : Origami
Paper : Karita Wave
Water temperature : 86℃
Dose : 15.5g
Yield : 200-210g

0:00-0:07 80g
Agitation 5times
0:50 - 1:10 250g(+170g)
2:20 Finish

①Put the paper in your Origami Dripper. Grind coffee beans to a medium grind setting. Add the coffee, tare your scale, start your timer.

②Pour 80g water to make the bloom, stir 5-times with your spoon.

③At 50 secs: pour in 170g water.  The water should have drained trough at 2:20.
