Shakisso, located in southern Ethiopia, is one of the world's leading centers of Ethiopian coffee.

This batch is a traditional, naturally processed coffee.
Only coffee cherries with a Brix value of 18 to 22 degrees are collected, and then unripe and overripe cherries are removed by hand.
The coffee cherries then undergo a slow drying process that takes 18 to 30 days.
To ensure even drying, detailed manual work is done, such as turning the trees over as necessary and covering them with a cover on sunny days.

This coffee, which is made with such care and effort, has a gorgeous orange tea-like nuance that comes from the terroir, and a strong sweetness reminiscent of cassis or grape.

Drip bags do not require specialized equipment; you can make coffee immediately by placing them in a cup and pouring hot water over them. Gas is filled into the bag when it is made to maintain freshness, so the taste is comparable to that of coffee extracted with specialized equipment.
