A unique process coffee by Mr. Rodrigo Sanchez, who continues to shock the world representing Colombia, has arrived.
Mr. Rodrigo Sanchez, the current 4th generation producer of family business. It is a large-scale farm owner with more than 350 staff working on the farm that continues to grow. This farm features a unique process that creates unique flavors and tastes. After conducting research with experts in microbiology, chemistry and biology, the coffee released this time has undergone a refining process called “Citric Natural”.
Citric acid is added to promote the fermentation of lactic acid compounds, and citrus oranges, tangerines (Dekopon), lemongrass, sugar cane-derived brown sugar, etc. are added and fermented for 190 hours. After that, it is fermented for another 150 hours while controlling the sugar content and PH in a closed tank.
You can feel the fruit flavors such as Grapefruit and Lemongrass derived from the process, and the refreshing taste reminiscent of Herb and Lime.

Rodrigo Sanchez is now a fourth generation producer in the family business. He is a large plantation owner with a staff of over 350 people working on his still-growing farm. Extensive research with microbiological, chemical, and biological experts, the coffees released this year have been subjected to a "Citric Natural" refining process.
Citric acid is added to accelerate the fermentation of lactic acid compounds, citrus oranges, tangerines, lemongrass, and brown sugar derived from sugar cane are added, and the coffee is fermented for 190 hours. The fermentation is then continued in closed tanks for another 150 hours while controlling the sugar content and pH.
The wine has a cool, refreshing taste reminiscent of grapefruit, lemon grass, herb and lime flavors from the process.
