An innovative process coffee has arrived from Colombia La Loma farm.
Caturra and Bourbon are used in this process for maximum sweetness.
Locally harvested red fruit nectar is fermented with lactic acid bacteria and budding yeast for 190 hours while adding molasses and brown sugar under strict control.
The honey and coffee cherries from the fermentation are then fermented for an additional 150 hours.
Please enjoy the fruity taste reminiscent of Peach and Pineapple, and the aftertaste and sweetness of Lemon tea.

Nectar from local red fruits is fermented for 190 hours with the addition of molasses and brown sugar under strict control along with lactic acid bacteria and budding yeast.
The nectar and coffee cherries are then fermented for another 150 hours.
