Bolivia Santa Cruz Gloripondio Santa Cruz Floripondio )
The long-awaited Geisha variety from Bolivia has been added to the lineup.
This time it's the Geisha variety, which has undergone Floripondio's unique Coco Natural process.
Farmer Pedro Rodriguez runs a coffee exporter called Agricafe. Alarmed by the decline in coffee production in Bolivia, he started his own coffee farm in 2012. Floripondio is one of the 12 farms currently operating under the Fincas Los Rodriguez farm name.
The ``Coco Natural'' process involves carefully cleaning the harvested coffee, then drying it on an African bed for a week, and using a ventilated grain dryer called ``Coco Dryer'' to dry the coffee cherries. This is an innovative processing technology that dries slowly and stably.
Furthermore, it is carefully dried by manually rotating it every 30 minutes and drying it at an average temperature of 38 to 40 degrees Celsius for 35 hours.
In addition to the gorgeous flavor reminiscent of Jasmine Tea derived from the Geisha variety, the fruity flavors of Grapefruit, Muscat, and White Peach, all produced through a careful process, lead to an even more special cup.
Please take this opportunity to experience the technological innovation of the farm and the unique taste of Geisha seeds!
