標高2,350mという特徴的な高標高により、この地域のコーヒーは“ハイランドコーヒー”と呼ばれることもあります。
Washing Stationに小規模農園が完熟したコーヒーチェリーを届け、持ち込まれたチェリーは、ピッカーによりプロセス前に再度、未熟豆・過完熟豆の選抜を行い、高い精度で均一な完熟のチェリーのみが厳選されます。
Bona Zuriaのコーヒーは、他のEthiopiaの地域のコーヒーとは異なる良さがあり、新たな感動体験ができるコーヒーです。
テロワール由来のOrangeやMuscatのフレーバーに加え、Jasmine tea を明確に連想する香りと、White peachを感じる濃厚な甘さをご体験ください。
Small farms deliver ripe coffee cherries to the Washing Station, and the cherries brought in are selected again by pickers before processing to ensure that only uniformly ripe cherries are selected with high precision.
Bona Zuria coffees are different from coffees from other Ethiopia regions, and offer a new and exciting experience.
In addition to the terroir-derived Orange and Muscat flavors, you will experience an aroma clearly reminiscent of Jasmine tea and a rich sweetness with a touch of white peach.
