Milan Farm is synonymous with a fermentation process called “Culturing.” By transcending the boundaries of varieties through their fermentation techniques, they expand the value and potential of coffee, continuously pushing the envelope with their passion for innovation.
The batch that has arrived has undergone a similar process. “Culturing” involves fermenting the product using a starter culture filled with specific bacteria, fundamentally transforming the product. The starter culture primarily involves fermenting fruits based on pineapple to extract yeast, which is then used to ferment the coffee cherries. This process allows for the adjustment of the type, amount, and duration of yeast used, enabling the cultivation of specific desired flavors.
The resulting taste from this process, featuring distinctive notes of bubble gum, grape, and aloe, truly reflects the efforts and dedication of the producers. This cup allows you to experience their hard work firsthand.
